Assessment of the Quality of the Training System in Moroccan Higher Education Institutions: Case of the Sciences ans Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities.

Purpose: The aim of our study is to assess the overall quality university training system in sciences and techniques physical sports activities Moroccan higher education. Method: Our method was based on a quantitative, exploratory correlational approach. independant variable (the services provided by UTS STPSA) dependant (overall student satisfaction) were investigated emprically statically. 256 students from 5 STPSA institutions education surveyed. Two measurement tools used: an adapted version SERVQUAL instrument validated questionnaire satisfaction with TS-STPSA domains. internal consistency two measuement tested confirmed. Similarly, inter-dimensional correlation matrix examined verify statistical reliability their appropriateness context. Results: perceived 59% as unsatisfactory. "Empathy" strongest determinant TS STPASA. While "Responsiveness" weakest dimension. dimensions "Reliability" " Assurance" reinforce students' dissatisfaction major negative gaps -1.42 -137 respectively. "Tangibility" most neutral dimension almost no difference. These five explain 45.7% variation satisfaction. They have positive effect STPSA. examination, between service STPSA-TS domains, revealed seven positively significant relationships, including three "Overall Satisfaction" "Tangibility", "Empathy". Conclusion: Globally, expectations greatly exceed perception effective TS.
